The expansion of Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) pathways across the California Community Colleges is creating a demand for continued access to affordable learning materials among transfer students at California State University (CSU) and University of California (UC) institutions. 

To address this, the Technical Assistance Provider, working with Larry Cooperman, retired Associate Dean for Open Education at UC Irvine, has developed a press kit to guide CSU campuses in adopting ZTC and Open Educational Resource (OER) strategies. A UC press kit will be forthcoming.
